石墨烯支持膜(Graphene Support Films for TEM)
石墨烯,一种只有一个原子厚的二维碳膜,这种新型材料化学性能稳定,很难与其他物质结合,石墨烯是目前发现的硬度比较大的物质,有极好的导电和导热性能,这些性能使得石墨烯极适于制作电镜载网支持膜,为TEM观测纳米粒子提供了极大的方便,对进行纳米粒子界面研究者非常有帮助,尤其是纳米颗粒较小且附着力较差时可以使用这种特制的电镜载网。
目前提供有孔碳膜覆膜、2000目铜网覆膜、有孔氮化硅窗口(2.5μm孔)覆膜以及二氧化硅薄膜(基底是硅片)覆膜。常规提供的均有四种厚度石墨烯膜:
1. 单层石墨烯,厚度大约0.35nm
2. 2层石墨烯,厚度大爷u.7nm
3. 3-5层石墨烯,1.0-1.7nm
4. 6-8层石墨烯,2.1-2.8nm
石墨烯支持膜至少覆盖整个载网面积的75%的区域,一般挑选无重叠和褶皱的区域来放置样品。石墨烯支持膜超薄(远远薄于碳膜)、导电,本身呈晶体结构,信号的噪音相对很低。
